Kirk Blackman

An expert in wealth management and financial planning. He is a graduate of Georgetown University with a BSBA in Accounting. Prior to joining the financial services industry, he had a 10-year career as a CPA with the international accounting firm of KPMG. He is a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor.  He is also a licensed life and health insurance agent, and holds Series 7, 6, 65 and 63 securities licenses. He is an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) with Eagle Strategies, LLC. He was named one of Forbes Top Financial Security Professionals for the State of Maryland for the third consecutive year in 2024 and is a current member of New York Life’s Presidents Council, a recognition for the company’s top advisors.  He has been active in his community, serving on several community organization boards. He is currently the Chairman of the Advisory Council for the Hillside Work Scholarship Connection (HWSC) of Prince George’s County. HWSC provides programing and services helping disadvantaged students realize their potential—in the classroom, in the community and in life.
